- By commissioning me/buying my adopts you agree to these terms
- I have the right to refuse service, and I don’t have to give a reason whyPayment:
-All commission payments are processed via PayPal invoices and are in USD.
- Full payment is required upfront.
- Payment plans are available upon request.Revisions:
-I can do any edits at the sketch stage. Once the sketch is approved, only smaller edits will be considered.
- When asking for edits, please feel free to draw over my work to clarify what you're asking for.
- I am willing to make free small edits to a finished pieceWork Process:
- After the payment, I will provide you with a sketch. Once it is approved, I will complete the commission.
- Turnaround time may vary. minimum of 2 weeks and up to 2 months. Please note that I'm not a full-time artist, and not have a fixed work scheduleRefunds and Cancellations:
Refunds are negotiable. Will do a full refund if I have not started work on your commission. Partial refunds will be considered based on the amount of work completed.
If you wish to cancel your commission, please contact me first.

Rights:Art Commissions:
-Clients are allowed to repost commissioned art as long as the artist is credited
- Commissioned artwork may be used for non-commercial purposes only.
- I reserve the right to post commissioned art in my galleries and portfolio.
- Clients are not allowed to edit the artworkAdoptable/Custom Character Design Rights:
- Buyers have the right to provide a name, background, and other details to the character.
- Buyers are allowed to redesign the character, including changes to colors, markings, species, body physique, etc.
- The owner of the character concept designed by me, receives full rights to the character, including both personal and commercial usage
